The Frankfurt Motor Show didn't have a shortage of auto manufactures unveiling their EV's.  However, BMW had a slightly different stance than others which impressed the public to say the least.  We're talking about the new zero-emission, pure EV scooter by BMW.

Officially named the BMW Motottad Concept E.  BMW has engineered it to boast 60 volts of pure-electric power and an impressive 60-mile driving range.  With a charge time of just three hours using a standard 110-volt outlet, the Motattad can easily become an urban dwellers dream.

Not too long ago rumors began to circulate that BMW was creating an eco-friendly vehicle that boasted high performance and class.   So can this combination really exist?
