Not too long ago rumors began to circulate that BMW was creating an eco-friendly vehicle that boasted high performance and class. So can this combination really exist? BMW believes it can and to prove it they launched the "i" division that will be dedicated to eco-friendly vehicles. In preparing to officially launch the new i sub-brand, BMW recently premiered the pure-electric i3 concept in Frankfurt, Germany.
