There is one sports activity vehicle (SAV) that stands above the rest in terms of power. It is the BMW ActiveHybrid X6 equipped with a TwinPower turbocharged V8. Boasting 400 unbroken ponies of power, it's actually renowned as the most powerful hybrid worldwide.

Performance Edition Now Available for the 3 Series

For generations the BMW 3 Series has been the mid-sized sedan to beat. The 2011 model delivers between 230 horsepower (hp) and 320 (hp) and starts between $37,650 MSRP, depending on specific model and trim.
