It is my pleasure to tell you that each person I have encountered has been notable professional, polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. In the auto industry, I am convinced no one provides better service to their customers. Perhaps, you migh have someone comparable but it is not possible to exceed the service I have received.
Many times people are too quick to complain and often times when praise should be provided, it is not. I wanted to let you know and thank you for the outstanding organization you have established. I am sure you can count on our loyalty and referrals for years to come.

"I purchased my first..."
I purchased my first BMW in May 2012, a 550i. I thought the car was superb as was the sales manager and staff. After a long road trip I thought the steering wheel was out of alignment. I brought it in for my first service and although it was "outside" the accepted time for a new car, the problem was corrected . In fact, the car drives and handles BETTER than it did when I picked it up in May.
Thank you to Victor Richards, Service Manager, and Chris Clem my service advisor for making my very first service visit such a success.
I took my business to Autohaus because of the way I was treated and now the service is at the same high level as attested to by my many friends who also own BMWs.

Linda Schaeffer was just outstanding. This is the second BMW I have owned and I was looking for a new service provider after purchasing the 2006 530i from Autohuas in Nov 2010 (this was the first maintenance that it needed). Linda was referred to me from Bryan Shaw whom Linda worked with on servicing his X5 at Plaza. Bryan fortunately searched her down and he simply could not recommend her enough. Thus, my first service experience with Autohaus was truly exceptional and the only comment I will make was that I was disappointed in some of the items that needed to be serviced since I had bought this as a CPO from Autohaus just 6 months earlier. Fortunately it was covered under warranty but it does make me pause a bit for the future.Thanks,Dave Heilich
