Linda Schaeffer was just outstanding. This is the second BMW I have owned and I was looking for a new service provider after purchasing the 2006 530i from Autohuas in Nov 2010 (this was the first maintenance that it needed). Linda was referred to me from Bryan Shaw whom Linda worked with on servicing his X5 at Plaza. Bryan fortunately searched her down and he simply could not recommend her enough. Thus, my first service experience with Autohaus was truly exceptional and the only comment I will make was that I was disappointed in some of the items that needed to be serviced since I had bought this as a CPO from Autohaus just 6 months earlier.
