The Frankfurt Motor Show didn't have a shortage of auto manufactures unveiling their EV's. However, BMW had a slightly different stance than others which impressed the public to say the least. We're talking about the new zero-emission, pure EV scooter by BMW.
Officially named the BMW Motottad Concept E. BMW has engineered it to boast 60 volts of pure-electric power and an impressive 60-mile driving range. With a charge time of just three hours using a standard 110-volt outlet, the Motattad can easily become an urban dwellers dream.
The bike is defined by neon-green side panels and sleek body. Rearview mirrors, for example, have been traded in for two rearview cameras and an in-dash LCD display. And, the body is especially aerodynamic.
At this point, BMW has not divulged plans to bring the Motottad Concept E to production. But, Autohaus BMW is secretly hoping they do. We think many of our consumers, even some of those with a penchant for the classics, might find themselves taken with it.
