Job Description
- Primary role is learning the product and making the sale
- Spend quality time with customers to determine their wants and needs
- Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our vehicles
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
- Complete quotes and explain financing options
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction
- Commit to outside prospecting
Job Requirements
The best
candidates must have a strong desire to succeed. We need someone with
successful internet automotive sales experience and providing exceptional
customer service. Previous luxury sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent Writing and Email Communication Skills
- Previous luxury sales experience is a plus
- Must be able to work within our process, utilize CRM software
- Desire to be part of a successful team
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Excellent appearance, communication skills, and self-motivated
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Valid driver's license
