The BMW X4 is a great car, but it's also important to know that the safety features are what make this car even better. There are six different safety features on board the BMW X4, and we're going to break them all down for you in the following article. Some of these features include an airbag system, traction control system, electronic stability program (ESP), headlight washers and more!
BMW X4: Frontal Collision Guard
The most important safety feature on the BMW X4 is its frontal collision guard. What this means is that the car will automatically brake in an emergency situation to avoid a potential head-on or rear end accident. The car is also equipped with auto-emergency braking and dynamic stability control.
BMW X4: Side Impact Protection System (SIPS)
The next safety feature we'll look at in our list of six types is called the SIPS. This means that the car is equipped with side airbags so if you're in an accident, the impact will be reduced to prevent injury. The SIPS actually consists of two parts; a front cross-car beam and additional longitudinal beams behind it for added protection.
